Associate

Mina M. Morkos joined CWL as an Associate in 2018. Prior to joining CWL, Mr. Morkos gained extensive experience in civil litigation, business transactions and negotiations. During that time, Mr. Morkos litigated issues typically involve interpretation of California’s Knox-Keene Act, the federal Employee Retirement Income and Security Act (“ERISA”), the federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (“EMTALA”), as well as general contract and other business disputes.

Mr. Morkos graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2013. As a law student, Mr. Morkos represented the State of Oregon as a certified law student prosecutor for the Lane County District Attorney’s office. Mr. Morkos also clerked for the Honorable Judge Charles Zenache.
