Of Counsel

Mr. Christopher S. Kieliger originally joined CWL as a law clerk in 1999. After passing the bar in 2000, he was elevated to Associate and then Senior Associate in 2001. In 2002, Mr. Kieliger left the firm to raise his newborn child. He rejoined the firm in 2005 in an Of Counsel capacity specializing in pretrial analysis and preparation in a wide variety of matters including personal injury, wrongful death, construction disputes, business disputes, maritime casualty matters including collisions, allisions, dock damage and salvage. Mr. Kieliger has tried cases in both state and federal court. He has also successfully represented clients in mediation.

While in law school Mr. Kieliger was Associate Managing Editor and Managing Editor of the University of San Francisco Maritime Law Journal. While in school Mr. Kieliger received American Jurisprudence Awards in Maritime Law and Real Property.
